Every pod build crosses his desk. The pod does the interviewing and the assistant does the day-to-day, but the engineering judgement behind your website is a real person who answers when you need him.

Your pod's one time price covers the whole initial build of your website. After launch, anything beyond what your resident assistant can do on the spot is Tim's time, billed at a flat rate with no surprises.
